Every customer receives their own individual grant deed based on their percentage of ownership with title insurance, on fee simple land. We use a national title company, Lawyers Title, and a national escrow company, Coast to Coast Escrow.
It’s simple, we move the money from the current custodian to a TRUE SELF-DIRECTED IRA. This is a custodian to custodian transfer so there are no penalties or tax consequences. IRS Code 408 allows real estate to be bought and sold as an investment using qualified funds.
